Through my research, the Giveraising consulting practise and most significantly my personal life experience; I’ve identified six practices that lead to a greater sense of gratitude and appreciation. I’m excited about this project because a greater sense of gratitude leads to greater happiness and more life satisfaction and host of other benefits that benefit the individual as well as the society in which they live.
The six gratitude practices are very simple. But like dieting, which is very simple (i.e. consume less or exercise more), dieting isn’t that easy. Maybe that’s why so much dieting advice is available.
